Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The de-luxe room was absolutely fabulous, with a large bathroom that had both a bath and a separate shower, and direct access to a terrace. However, some aspects fell short of expectations, like the dining options being quite expensive given the quality and the distance from the Toledo town centre.
I was thrilled with the hotel's location on the hill overlooking the city. The rooms offered extensive gardens with a fantastic view of Toledo, although they felt spacious but a bit stark. The service was excellent, with quick responses to any issues thanks to the very friendly staff. However, the dining experience was just buffet style with a good choice, making it a bit predictable. The lovely location and fabulous views make it a great spot for a visit.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were convenient for our dogs with easy access to the garden, but a bit challenging to find at first. The cramped layout made it hard to move around with tables and food in the way. The service was attentive and accommodating, offering stunning views of Toledo. The location was good with views of the old town, although a taxi was needed to reach certain places. The dining options were basic, leaving room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the room offered a nice balcony with an excellent view back towards the old town, but it felt a little tired to me. The room was spacious and comfortable overall, except for some issues with the air conditioning and plumbing. The service was welcoming and helpful, but it seemed to be at the bare minimum level. The location was excellent for exploring Toledo's old town, but the dining experience was a bit disappointing with limited choices. However, the promise of the location was somewhat dulled upon closer inspection.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so good. The rooms were large and comfortable with a private balcony offering stunning city views, but my check-in was delayed due to the previous guest leaving late, and the hotel felt quite old. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my overall experience more pleasant. The crowded breakfast area was a downside, but the beautiful location overlooking Toledo Old Town was a definite highlight.
